This is The Moorings on a summers day.

There's a master bedroom,

with lots of cupboard space and en-suite.

A 2nd double bedroom – complete with teddy bear.

And a 3rd double bedroom with en-suite and wardrobe.

Then there's the lounge, with open log fire,

and plenty of seating for all the family;

wait! there's more...

See! a place to dine,

and another place to sit.

Not forgetting the galleried landing with double futon.

A games room, with... games,

and last, but not least, the kitchen and breakfast area.
